Humanity’s quest for exploration of new things has been fundamental to its growth and it continues to propel it further to unknown realms of space which is considered as the final front of knowledge. These explorations or getting involved with them is costly affair and with no guaranteed results, hence some people think that this money could be utilized for other purposes. In my opinion, government should continue to fund space exploration, as it could have immense impact on entire human race.

To begin with, space explorations help us understand the complex world we live in, as by studying or observing phenomena of other planets such as Mars can offer valuable insight in to our own world and can help in better understanding of many unsolved questions related to life on earth, which in turn has potential to offer great benefits to entire mankind.

Furthermore, space research inspires hundreds of students to pursue careers in science and math which are fundamental to our scientific growth , hence space exploration are an effective way of encouraging students to take up their career in scientific fields because we need young mathematicians and scientists to further our fundamental knowledge of most complex phenomena of this world.

Finally , space probes can also warn us about the potentially deadly asteroids or meteors which are on collision course of earth any may decimate entire human population with their impact, hence space explorations help us protect the earth if need arises.

To sum up, I opine that space quests have many obvious advantages such as understanding the complex phenomena, protecting us from potential dangers of space and inspiring young generations, consequently it should be advanced by the governments.
